Miliama Tupolo is from the beautiful islands of American Samoa. Her passion for food started at a very young age, as food plays a very big part of her culture. She developed a love for cooking alongside her father, a traditional chef in his own right. Her passion for food led her to the United States where she became a personal chef, an assistant in catering and a kitchen manager for the Houston food bank. She has worked for Guckenheimer and American Food and Dining as a Sous Chef. Miliama loves to learn new cooking techniques and cuisines that she has never tried before.
