Diet and nutrition
Our menu offers a large variety of quality, healthy options within a Lacto-Ovo vegetarian cuisine that includes vegan options and locally sourced fruits, vegetables, nuts, eggs, and honey. Accommodations can be made for those with food allergies through Disability Services.

Meal plan
All students living in residence halls on campus are required to have a meal plan.
Knight's Market & Grill
The Knight's Market & Grill offers a variety of hot, freshly prepared menu items. It is especially popular for items such as burritos and made-to-order smoothies. The Knight's Market & Grill also offers a wide variety of snacks, candy, and beverages.
Catering
