A History and Social Sciences degree from Southwestern Adventist University encourages students to learn about history, interpret it to help understand historical trends, and give context to current events. Professors will help their students develop the critical-thinking skills they will require for jobs in any history or social science field. Students develop a broad understanding of the world’s history, culture, and governments through engaging, faculty-led lectures.
