Southwestern Adventist University (SWAU), in collaboration with AdventHealth Southwest Region, is launching a unique pathway for Mexican licensed nurses seeking to transition into the U.S. healthcare workforce. This program offers a 13-week online NCLEX-RN preparation course followed by an in-person 3-week clinical and cultural immersion program in Texas; all designed to build your English communication skills, prepare you to pass the NCLEX, and support your transition into a U.S. nursing career. Successful candidates who complete the program and pass the NCLEX will be offered employment by AdventHealth, receive full visa sponsorship, and be supported through the relocation process to the U.S.
