While focused on Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), we welcome all institutions interested in exploring federal grants and improving student support. Refund & Substitution Policy 

We understand that plans can change. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received by Friday, October 10, 2025, minus a $50.00 processing fee. After that date, refunds will no longer be available. 

Substitutions are permitted if you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place. 

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of your request, or if you need to request a substitution, please contact us at HSISummit@swau.edu.
