Our Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physical Education, Minor in Physical Education, and BS in Physical Education – Secondary Teaching (K-12) Certification equip you with the expertise to promote well-being across diverse age groups, from children to seniors.
Program Overview
The Physical Education program at Southwestern Adventist University is designed to set graduates ahead of their peers in the industry. You will learn to develop and implement exercise, sports, games, and competitive activities tailored to various populations—children, adults, and seniors. With a focus on improving overall health, you may pursue work as a physical education teacher, health teacher, or coach or choose to continue your studies in fields such as health education.
